Printable Yatzy score sheets for both versions of the game — Scandinavian Yatzy with 15 boxes, and the 13-box American game. Pick a ruleset, print, and you have a sheet for up to six players on a single page.
The two games look alike and score differently, which is why a generic sheet causes arguments. Scandinavian Yatzy adds One Pair and Two Pairs, scores three and four of a kind on the matching dice only, wants the exact runs 1-2-3-4-5 and 2-3-4-5-6 for its straights, pays a full house as the sum of all five dice, and gives 50 for the upper bonus. The American game has 13 boxes, pays 35 for the bonus, a flat 25 for a full house, and adds 100 for every five of a kind after the first.
The sheet you print says which ruleset it is, and carries that game's own scoring notes along the bottom edge.
